How does the free trial work?
Every new shop starts with 14 days of Command — the whole product, every AI agent, no credit card. Pick any plan before the trial ends and you won't skip a beat; if you don't, your data stays safe and the day-to-day tools keep working while the AI features pause until you choose a plan.
What are AI credits?
AI-powered work spends credits: an agent-written text costs 1, an inbox draft 1, a Dash question 2, a Google-review reply 2, an answered AI call 5, and a call summary 5. The everyday reminders and review asks use free fixed messages, so most days spend nothing. Every plan refreshes its included credits monthly, and you can top up any time from Settings → AI credits — top-ups never expire.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Plan & billing. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated automatically: unused time on your current plan is credited and you only ever pay the difference, so you're never billed twice.
Do texting and calling cost extra?
Texting and calling run on your own Twilio number, so Twilio bills the carrier fees straight to you at cost — usually pennies a text. I don't mark up your carrier traffic; you pay Twilio what Twilio charges, and nothing extra rides to me.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It's yours. Quotes, customers, jobs, photos and history stay readable and exportable — we pause the growth features, never your records.
Do you offer annual billing?
