Integrations that connect the tools your shop already runs on.
I run a PPF shop, and I got tired of re-typing every paid invoice into the books and every booking into a second calendar. So Service VIN connects to the payment, accounting, scheduling and automation tools you already run — quotes, jobs, invoices and film cost move between them without a single copy-paste.
No middleware. No developer. Connect in a couple of clicks.

Why it's different
One connected system, not a pile of logins.
Two-way sync
Change it here or there — both stay in step. No more “which number is right?”
Native connectors
Real integrations built and maintained by us, not brittle CSV exports you babysit.
Accounting that ties out
Invoices, payments and film cost post to your books, so your P&L reflects reality.
Automate the busywork
Fire events into Zapier or your own webhook — job won, invoice paid, lead gone cold.
Every lead, captured
Web forms, Meta Lead Ads and calls land in one inbox — and into AI win-back if they stall.
Security without the theater
Least-privilege OAuth, encrypted tokens, per-shop isolation, one-click revoke.
The headline connectors
Deep, two-way sync with the platforms that matter.
Not a webhook and a prayer — each of these maps your shop's data both ways, so numbers reconcile themselves.

How your data's handled
Your customers' data isn't the product.
Connections use least-privilege OAuth, tokens are encrypted, and one shop can never see another's. Revoke any connection in one click.
Least-privilege OAuth
We ask each tool for the narrowest scopes the feature needs — nothing more — and show you exactly what was granted.
Encrypted token vault
Access + refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with a key that never lives in the database. A DB read alone yields nothing usable.
Per-shop isolation
Row-level security means one shop can never read another's connections or data — enforced in the database, not just the app.
Revoke in one click
Disconnect any integration instantly. We drop the tokens and stop all sync — no email to support, no waiting.
Don't see your tool?
Ask for it — we build the ones shops actually want.
Every request is a vote. Popular ones get built; niche ones we'll scope as a custom integration. Either way it lands in front of a human, not a black hole.
- ✓A real person reads every request — no auto-responder.
- ✓Requests are ranked by demand — you'll see it move.
- ✓Need it now? Ask about a paid custom build.
Frequently asked questions
What payment integrations does Service VIN support?+
Stripe is live today — take a deposit before you order film and the balance on pickup, all from the invoice link, with payments reconciling straight back onto the job. Square is in beta for shops standardized on Square hardware: connect it and reconcile terminal sales against your jobs.
Does it sync with my accounting software?+
QuickBooks Online sync is in beta: invoices, payments and customers flow into your books, with film cost posted to COGS so your P&L shows real margin. Xero's in beta too — same sync, pointed at your ledger.
Can I connect tools through Zapier or webhooks?+
Yes. Signed webhooks fire on every meaningful event today — quote sent, job won, invoice paid — so anything that listens on a URL can pick them up. The Zapier app (triggers like invoice-paid and job-won, actions like create-lead) is in beta and opens up Zapier's own network of apps, no code required.
How do integrations actually save my shop time?+
They kill double-entry. A booking becomes a calendar event, a paid invoice becomes a ledger entry, a finished job becomes a review request — your team stops re-typing and your numbers stop drifting. CARFAX Service History reporting is on the roadmap, so one day the finished job posts to the vehicle's record too.
Is my data safe when I connect a tool?+
Connections use least-privilege OAuth, tokens are encrypted at rest, and per-shop row-level security means no shop can ever see another's data. You can revoke any connection in one click and we immediately stop syncing.
What if the tool I use isn't listed?+
Use the request form above. Every request is ranked by demand — popular ones get built, and if you need something niche right now we'll scope it as a paid custom integration.
